Behaviour consultations are for puppies and dogs experiencing anxiety, fear-based behaviours, reactivity, and other complex behavioural challenges.
These sessions focus on understanding what is driving the behaviour, implementing safe and appropriate management strategies, and developing a structured, practical plan tailored to your dog and your situation.
After meeting with you and your dog, we develop a holistic plan. Where appropriate, referral to a veterinarian or veterinary behaviour specialist may be recommended. I am also happy to collaborate with your vet to support a coordinated approach to care.
Complex behaviour work often requires ongoing support over time, with adjustments as your dog’s needs change.
I do not provide treatment for dogs experiencing severe separation anxiety and recommend consulting your veterinarian, a veterinary behaviour specialist or a specialised CSAT trainer.

Psychiatric assistance dogs can support people living with mental health challenges, disability, and neurodivergence through trained tasks and public access work.
Assistance dog partnerships rely on communication, consistency, and mutual trust between dog and handler. Psychiatric assistance dogs may be trained to perform tasks that support regulation, daily functioning, and participation in public access that would not otherwise be possible.
I offer suitability assessments, training, and support for psychiatric assistance dog teams, tailored to each team’s unique needs. Where appropriate, training may focus on building practical skills, confidence, and readiness for Public Access Test (PAT) standards and accreditation pathways.
Not every dog is suited to assistance work, and some teams may require additional support or alternative pathways. Suitability assessment helps determine whether a dog demonstrates the behavioural stability, resilience, and suitability needed for assistance work and public access settings.
Drawing on my professional and lived experiences, I aim to provide teams with a safe and supportive service. I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and skills in trauma-sensitive practice.
